			<title>Parkour Tag</title>
<description>In this game find an area with lots of obstacles and then make boundaries. Choose someone to be &quot;it&quot;, they count to 30 then chase and catch everyone else, when they catch or tag someone that person joins them in the chase.

Parkour is when you tackle an obstacle in your way, by jumping across, over, under or through it.

			<title>Weasel</title>
<description>Two teams A [&] B, a wall, three stones, a small ball (tennis ball is ideal) and a long hot summer.

Toss a coin, or ip dip somehow choose which team is in.

The out team &quot;team A&quot; build the three stones into a pryamid against a few centimeters from the wall, they (team A) then each take a turn at trying to knock the pyramid down using the ball, standing directly in front of pryamid about three yards away.

As soon as the pyramid is knocked down team A scatters.

Team B who have been standing nearby retrieve the ball and have to tag team A out of the game by hitting them with the ball.

Team A meantime have to try and rebuild the pyramid. If team A manage to rebuild the pyramid they remain in, if team B manage to tag all of team A out before the pyramid is rebuilt, team B get in and the whole process starts again.

			<title>Jerry in the spot light</title>
<description>Only played in the winter due to dark evenings.

The object was for 1 or more persons to hide in front gardens, dark alleys, anywhere dark and the other kids in the game to look for them with torches. When found you would scream out &quot;Jerry in the spotlight&quot; and that person would then join in looking for other kids in hiding.

I suspect that this originated during the war. As I was born in 1950 and played it when i was about 5-6, the war was still fresh in many peoples minds

			<title>Six Bricks</title>
<description>One player is the builder on the word 'go' he builds six house bricks (or probably wooden blocks these days) one on top of the other to make a six high tower. While the builder does this, the others run and hide.

The builder then seeks the others but keeps an eye on the 'tower'. If he spots someone, he calls their name and where they are i.e. &quot;Rosie, behind the gate&quot;, Rosie is then a prisoner.

Meanwhile, if another hider can sneak round the builder's back and make a dash for the tower the tower can be demolished. If the tower goes down then the prisoners, ie. Rosie, can escape along with any other captive and the builder cannot 'seek until the tower is up again.

The role of the builder changes by agreement or when the builder has captured all the others.

			<title>Split the kipper</title>
<description>A game we used to play in the 60's, in the Liverpool, UK, area.

Two opponents stand a few feet apart facing each other on grass or soft earth.

One throws a pen-knife to stick in the ground a reasonable distance from one of the opponent's feet (if the knife doesn't stick in, it doesn't count). The opponent then has to move their foot to where the knife is, without moving the other foot, pick up the knife and take their turn. And so on, back and forth.

To win you have to be first to force your opponent into a position where they either fall over, can't make the required move (or can't do so without falling over) or can't get the knife (without falling over).

[H]ALTERNATE RULES[EH]
You can agree in advance what the maximum distance, between foot and knife is, for a valid throw.

			<title>No Idea</title>
<description>Divide into two equal teams. The captain of the first team stands back against a tall wall, feet apart.

The next member faces the captain, bends over and wedges head between the captains legs and holds him firly. The next follows suit placing his head between the legs of preceeding boy. When all the team are locked tight and ready, the second team lined up. The captain of the second teams runs and jumps onto the backs of the first team,as far forward as he can.

The aim of the fist team is to keep standing, of the second team, to get everbody on and collapse the first team.

Dangerous game. Got banned at my school. I've only known it played by boys.

Does anyone know the name?

			<title>Queenie</title>
<description>I don't remember all details and this was played in playground by girls (from aged 5 to 8 I was one of a handful of boys at a girls convent school).

&quot; It&quot; role was known as Queenie and game involved her throwing tennis ball backwards over her shoulder where one of the other players caught it and hid it behind their back then all lined up and chanted: &quot;Queenie, Queeenie, who's got the ball is she short or is she tall (there may have been more. She would nominate somebody to turn around or do various actions to reveal if they had the ball, the best bit was when that person sometimes threw the ball up in the air from behind their back and mayhem broke out... I don't remember more

			<title>Door Nobs</title>
<description>When your friend farts you shout &quot;door nob&quot; as fast as you can before they say &quot;safety&quot; , now you get to punch them till they can touch a door nob (or handle).

When your friend farts its, really annoying isn't it, with this game you can get your own back.
