Good old fashioned Running
In the 80's we ran everywhere, walking was for wimps! We competed with our friends to see who was the best.
Decide on the starting line and finish line, everyone lines up, the judge tells you when to go. Everyone runs as fast as they can, first over the line is the winner.
At least in this century we can use Pedometers, GPS Personal Training devices, Heart Rate Monitors and calorie counters. Giving you other areas to be the best in.
